- You are willing to abide by PACC’s Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct of the Philippine Association of Christian Counselors, Incorporated.
- You are willing to uphold the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of PACC.
- You are willing to positively respond to a counseling need when you are called to according to your availability.
- You are willing to pay the application fee of Php 500.00 for professionals and Php 250.00 for students.
